Situated at the easternmost corner of USA, Massachusetts is becoming a hot destination for foreclosed properties. The total number of Pennsylvania foreclosures sale for the month of March was 251. The average sale price for foreclosed properties in Pennsylvania was $67,814. The total savings on foreclosure buys was estimated at 46%.
The trends for Ohio foreclosures in the month of March reveal that there were a total of 8925 new foreclosure filings. The total number of sale in the same period was 2695 with an average sale price of $71920.
In the recent years the New Jersey foreclosure homes market has dipped. However, the sub-prime market is looking good. This is a good sign, as this will help the lenders to provide credit to the people.
The Washington foreclosures rating have helped lower the average foreclosures across the country.
