Wisconsin Foreclosures Rate Stays Put

In states like Washington, Vermont and Wisconsin, foreclosures rate experienced the same fate as most of them brought in less than 2 percent increases. The number of Wisconsin foreclosures filings reached 840 in April with 473 homes receiving Notice of Defaults.
