Bella Vista was always considered to be a great place to have a dream home in Arkansas. Even today, the city has some of the most beautiful properties that you will ever see but the recent spate of Bella Vista Foreclosures has spelled doom for the city. More and more homeowners are falling into the luring trap of mortgages and end up being unable to pay the high interest rates. Everyone in the city wished to see an end to the rising foreclosure but that is not to be so as more and more foreclosure homes were seen in the first two quarters of 2008. In fact, at the end of April 2008, the total number of Arkansas foreclosure filings was 1,118 and there were 51 foreclosure sales reported. This just goes on to show how foreclosures have risen over the last couple of years and how many homes are available for investment purposes through public auctions. Experts feel that the increase in the rate of Arkansas foreclosures will not dip in the next two quarters and this is not at all good news for existing homeowners across Arkansas including Bella Vista.
