Increasing Tampa Foreclosures Spell Booming Business For Tampa Law Firms!
Filing foreclosures in cities that are swamped by ever increasing foreclosure listings means plenty of lawsuits and legal work. Law firms such as Florida Default Law Group in Tampa may have set a record of sorts when it filed over 400 forclosure lawsuits for Hillsborough County in February 2008.

With Tampa foreclosures on a rise, people are on a hiring spree and law firms are finding themselves facing an increasing caseload that may grow to over a thousand cases or more. Fortunately for the legal eagles, every foreclosure case has the potential of generating fees to the tune of around $1,200 or more.
Of course, increase in workload demands more pair of hands and forclosure specialist law firms are on a hiring spree. Foreclosure lawyers estimate that some of the largest law firms in Florida could have grown to over 200 clerks, paralegals, attorneys, and other staffs depending on the case volume they handle.
Increasing count of foreclosed houses is good business not just for the foreclosure specialists but also for private equity investment companies that have special interest in equity and debts. Now, these firms are buying BPOs dealing with forclosure processing from large law firms and have begun to offer foreclosure help within Florida and outside.
The extremely alarming rise in foreclosures by state rates in Florida due to the real estate boom in Sarasota and Tampa have led to profitable opportunities for other industries. The subprime mess has contributed to banks filing for foreclosure in Tampa, Hillsborough and other courts in Florida. According to court records, 1475 new forclosure cases were files in February 2008 in Hillsborough County as compared to 562 foreclosure cases in Feb 2007 and 271 in Feb 2006.
