Wisconsin foreclosures soars up in the state, housing industry stands to gain
Wisconsin foreclosure homes increase in state and leave many homeowners in panic. The cumulative foreclosure listing till the month of April summed up to six thousand plus, which is nothing less than around twenty five percent over last year. According to a non profit agency working with home owners and helping them with Wisconsin foreclosures, people buy homes which are just beyond their capacity with literally no savings and very little to pay!

Sick and bedridden homeowners seek the help of these non-profit agencies with great desperation to save their homes from getting foreclosed. And according to one of the officers at the non-profit agencies, forclosures can be avoided if other miscellaneous expenses are lowered and debt restructured.
The state of Wisconsin had around eight hundred and fifty foreclosures just in the month of April, which is nothing less than 1.6 percent increase from last month and around 22 percent from April last year! Nearly one thousand five hundred produced from Milwaukee Country, around one hundred and fifteen from Washington County, two hundred and fifty from Waukesha County and nearly fifty from Ozaukee County.
According to one of the National foreclosure tracking organization, there have been a total twelve hundred plus fresh forclosure filings in the month of April. Excessive self interest propels lenders to take an extra mile to reach out to the borrowers, as they don’t want to be attached to vacant houses. But there are many cases where there have been reports stating otherwise, said the director of Community development officer at the Milwaukee Fair Housing.
Wisconsin forclosures have set the defaulters dwindle. According to the Vice President, Strategic planning for Homeownership Preservation at Minneapolis, there has been a tremendous increase in number of callers requiring help this year with forclosures. Nearly sixty percent of the borrowers are at least sixty days late on their loan repayment. The numbers are around seven times more than last year!
Number of people falling under Wisconsin foreclosure continues to rise indefinitely and no slowdown in near future. The total number of Wisconsin forclosure numbers around six thousand three hundred, which is around twenty four percent more than that of last year! According to a leading Consumer Credit Counsellor, surging property taxes, increasing food and health care expenses bear too much for the borrowers!
There has been an increase in the construction of new homes by two and half percent last month when compared to its earlier month, March. Though there seems to be a significant increase in the construction number, the overall rates is at least twenty five percent less than last year. Some leading sources reported slight dip in foreclosure in Dane County but maintained a consistent rise in Wisconsin Foreclosure in the month of April when compared to March.
Though there is an increase in the Wisconsin foreclosure, it brings a great relief to note Racine County along with couple of other counties relaxing on less number of foreclosures this year when compared to last year same time!
